This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and is strictly enforced. jilimagic reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
Minors are strictly prohibited from using jilimagic. Any individual found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. Gambling is addictive. Know when to stop.
The jilimagic Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing jilimagic from outside the Philippines are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. jilimagic makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. By registering on jilimagic, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into these Terms & Conditions.
Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) jilimagic Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
To access real-money gaming services on jilimagic, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
jilimagic is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documentation before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jilimagic will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jilimagic immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
jilimagic accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods available to Philippine-based players. Currently approved methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards. jilimagic reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the jilimagic Platform at the time of the transaction. These minimums are subject to change. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. jilimagic aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or system maintenance.
jilimagic is committed to compliance with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. jilimagic reserves the right to request additional documentation and to delay or refuse any withdrawal that raises AML concerns.
jilimagic does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind. All transactions must be conducted through approved Philippine payment channels only.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jilimagic are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. These Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details. jilimagic reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
jilimagic actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, and colluding with other players. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
jilimagic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of the claim.
Each game available on the jilimagic Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, jilimagic reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account. jilimagic's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the jilimagic Platform. These limits are displayed within each game and are subject to change. jilimagic reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any Account at its sole discretion.
jilimagic reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, or placed in circumstances that jilimagic reasonably believes constitute a breach of these Terms. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilimagic Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:
All content on the jilimagic Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of jilimagic or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jilimagic Platform without the prior written consent of jilimagic. Unauthorized use of jilimagic's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilimagic, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
jilimagic's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilimagic's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jilimagic is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. jilimagic reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the direction of a regulatory authority.
You may request closure of your jilimagic Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
In cases where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jilimagic reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the Account, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance, without compensation to the Player.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the jilimagic service, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. jilimagic aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. For complex matters, resolution may take up to thirty (30) days.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by jilimagic's support team, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
jilimagic's decisions regarding game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to the escalation process described above. No legal proceedings may be commenced against jilimagic in respect of a dispute until the internal complaints process has been exhausted.
jilimagic collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on jilimagic, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jilimagic implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jilimagic cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
jilimagic operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players acknowledge that by using the Platform, they submit to the jurisdiction of Philippine regulatory authorities in matters relating to gaming disputes and regulatory compliance.
jilimagic reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilimagic will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jilimagic Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
